As each veil is hand-crafted to order, the standard lead time on this veil is 1 month. For rush orders, please get in touch.
All our veils are packaged with care and delivered in their own luxury presentation box, via insured UPS Priority Mail or insured courier (International). We highly recommend getting a hanging bag and clip for safe and easy storage.
We always recommend ordering samples so you can see the tulle in-person. You can find these under Collection.
It’s so important to us that your veil is perfect for you. We offer the complimentary service to liaise with your dress shop to make sure you get the perfect length and colour. Please submit an enquiry via our contact form.
We hope your veil will be perfect for you. However, if you would like to return a piece, you can do so within 14 days from the date your parcel was delivered. Please note that we do not offer free returns. For our returns address, get in touch via our Contact page.
To qualify for a refund, you should ensure the item is returned in original, undamaged condition in the packaging provided. We strongly recommend returning via an insured service to prevent loss.
Embroidered veils are excluded from the 14-day returns policy given that they are personalised.
